One plant identified, or one Doctor diagnosis of a specimen, however many photos go with it. In the app each read shows as one Vision credit. Both draw on the same monthly allowance: 3 on Observer, 120 on Cultivator and its trial, 360 on Conservancy. It resets on the 1st of each month, and unused reads don't carry over. A read that fails on the server is given back; a photo that turns out not to show a plant still counts. The nightly Digital Shadow, care reminders and the daily Sanctuary Brief never use it. At Cultivator's 50-specimen limit, 120 reads is two a month for every specimen, with 20 to spare.
Yes. Up- or down-grade at any time. Annual plans pro-rate the unused months when you change; monthly plans take effect next cycle.
Your sanctuary stays. Cultivator runs 14 days and Conservancy 7; when either ends, the Observer plan keeps 5 specimens in active management and the rest sit in archive until you reactivate.
Each membership belongs to one Guardian. Sharing a Sanctuary across people is on the roadmap (see the Conservancy tier's roadmap entry).
Cancelling is one click and stops the next renewal — access continues to the end of the period already paid for. For anything outside that, write to the address on the About page.
